The outreach ministry is characterized by a unique and jointly held vision that is foundationaly biblical while impacting relationally both local and global initiative's. First we see our primary mission is to reach into a harvest that is obvious and heartfelt of those in need, to find creative ways and means in responding to what those needs may be to those living in the local community, by way of invitation and if possible, partnering to bring help, compassion and understanding. Examples are the Alpha initiative, the Thursday night dinners and fellowship and the Health Fair / Bar-B-Que in August. Secondly, we want to be an extension of support by way of relational commitment's that have marked Parkminster's history in the past in having a balanced outreach to those serving as foreign missionaries or as recently, partnering with those who have a global outreach locally. Key examples are, Feeding the 5000 initiative, Our partnering with the International Student Network and other opportunities awaiting us as a church on the move.

Other outreach ministries that Parkminster offers are the Hospitality team, Prayer Shawl ministry, global missionary support, Flower City work camp for teens and various mission trips.
