Sunday School
During the school year our Sunday School uses a workshop model. The workshops help each child receive the Bible story
in a way that allows him to grow through the experience of the story, to carry the story home, to share the story during
the week, and to turn to the lesson in times of need. The workshops incorporate activities that focus on children’s love
of dressing up, role-playing, playing with puppets, games and expressing themselves using different materials and
techniques. Learning is fun, focused, and meaningful.
A Bible story or theme is taught for three to four weeks in a row. Each week, the class will attend a different workshop
(such as art, drama, video, cooking or games). The students will experience the same story in a different way in each workshop.
3 and 4 Year Olds: Care is available in room 113/114 on the lower level.
