Connection Groups are an important aspect of our community at Parkminster because they keep us accountable in our faith and provide us with companionship and "life support" throughout our Christian walks. Look at the list of groups below to see if any of the opportunities for connection appeal to you.
242 FELLOWSHIP | 2 Wednesdays Each Month
We will be meeting the following dates in October - 11th & 25th
242 is all about Christian Community! The 242 Fellowship gets its name from Acts 2:42 - They devoted themselves to the apostles teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. This verse sums up what 242 is about. It's not complex, it's not formal, it's not fancy. It's people. People who are devoted to experiencing Jesus together.
We share dessert and hear a person's faith story, then have a short teaching. We then break up into smaller groups for sharing and prayer. Child care is available. Sign up if you need babysitting by contacting the church office at email@example.com or 247-2424.
